Banca Generali

The Banca Generali group was created to allow the Generali group to gather within one company all its activities offering and managing financial products for the retail market in Italy.
With 22,2 billion euros of assets under management via its three networks of financial advisors and private bankers (Assoreti data as of end-December 2009), Banca Generali serves more than 300,000 clients.

Banca Generali is structured around:

• two distribution networks, segmented by client type (the Banca Generali -branded network for affluent investors and Banca Generali Private Banking for private-banking clients)
• two asset-management companies BG SGR and Generali Fund Management creating and overseeing investment products along with two trust companies, BG Fiduciaria SIM and S. Alessandro Fiduciaria
• one of the widest selections of asset management products from third-party financial providers, giving clients access to their specialized know-how in global markets 

An online platform, telephone banking service and 42 branches located in all of Italys major cities give clients full and constant access to their current accounts.

Banca Generali, with its registered headquarters in Trieste and operational offices in Milan and Trieste, has been listed on the Milan stock exchange since November 2006. It is a subsidiary of Assicurazioni Generali, Italys biggest insurance company and a leading player internationally.
