The board of statutory auditors is made up of three auditors, one of whom acts as chairman, and two substitutes. Anyone whose situation is incompatible pursuant to law or who serves as a director or officer in other companies beyond the thresholds established under applicable regulations is barred from appointment to the board of statutory auditors.
The board's term of office will expire on the date of the shareholders'meeting called to approve 2011 financial accounts.
