Banca Generali presents the new center dedicated to training and innovation in private banking. On Tuesday 4 February the curtain rose on the "BG Training & Innovation Hub"; the new reference point for private bankers to deal with the evolution of consultancy, advisory services, and develop new investment solutions together with their partners in asset management.
Located in via Achille Mauri 2 in Milan, on the corner with the historic Generali Group building in Corso Italia 6 - which opens its doors on the same day as the new headquarters of the approximately 200 Banca Generali private bankers and Relationship managers in Milan -, the 'innovation Hub is characterized as an area of social working digital where to work in a team and discuss issues related to fintech
Spread over two floors, with 4 different rooms available, the innovation center will involve over 2,000 professionals from the Banca Generali network during the year engaged in rotation in a rich program of training proposals for a total of almost 2000 hours. Conceived as a laboratory to probe new proposals in the sphere of private banking, the Hub will also be the cradle where to conceive the new tools related to the contribution of investments towards the real economy in the distinctive BG4Real project which will start from the beginning of the second quarter .

For the inauguration of the "Training and innovation Hub" they support the CEO Mossa, the Councilor for Digital Transformation of the Municipality of Milan, Dr. Roberta Cocco, the Coo of Microsoft, Dr. Barbara Cominelli, and the CEO of the Italian startup Datrix, Fabrizio Milano d'Aragona, engaged in a round table on innovation in financial services and the challenges of big data and fintech.
