Cristina Zunino

Born in Turin on 13 July 1972.

She has extensive professional experience in the advisory and corporate sectors, having held senior roles in various organisations.

She served as a member of the Board of Directors of MilanoSesto S.p.A. until 2022, actively contributing as a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Internal Control and Risk Committee.

Previously, she was a member of the Investors Committee of Equinox III at Equinox AIFM S.A. and worked as a freelance consultant in the banking and insurance sectors.

She holds a Master’s degree in Management of Social Enterprises, Not‑for‑Profit Organisations and Cooperatives from Bocconi University, a PhD in Energy Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, and a degree in Nuclear Engineering from the same institution.
