Anna Simioni

Born in Syracuse on 27 February 1963.

She is a Senior Executive with a strong track record in managing multiple corporate functions at both national and international level. She has specialised in organisational and digital transformation, Human Resources, leadership and performance management, combining 16 years of executive experience with over 18 years of hands‑on consulting.

She has held key roles at organisations including UniCredit Group, BCG and EY, has served as a member of the Board of Directors of UBI Banca and Clessidra Factoring, and currently serves as Vice Chair of Fondazione AIRC, Advisor at BCG and Adjunct Professor at Polimi GSOM.

She holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi University and completed postgraduate programmes at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. She is certified as an Executive Coach, Agile Scrum Master and Human Potential Assessor.
