Born in Milan on 24 May 1971, graduated in Economics in 1995,  Doctor of Accounts and Legal Auditor, qualified as Professional Ombudsman. Former Founder of Simonelli Associati. Since 1998, she has held the position of Statutory Auditor and Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors in banks, listed companies, securitisation companies, trust companies, financial companies, factoring companies, SIM and SGR, holding of real estate companies, industrial companies, service and commercial companies. In particular, she has been Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Generali Real Estate SGR since 2015 and of Generali Italia S.p.A since 2021; acting auditor of the listed company Mondadori S.p.A. and Rizzoli Education S.p.A. and of Gruppo Illy S.p.A.
