With reference to the General Shareholders’ Meetings of the Company convened for 12 April 2018 (first call) and, if necessary, for 13 April 2018 (second call), Banca Generali S.p.A. announces that on 18 March 2018 two lists of candidates have been filed for the appointment of the Board of Directors — under item 5 on the Agenda — and two lists have been filed for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors — under item 6 on the Agenda of the ordinary session.
