Clarification on the ex-dividend dates

Milan, 5 March 2026 – Banca Generali informs that the dates for the payment of the dividend for financial year 2025, amounting to €2.90 per share, subject to approval by the General Shareholders’ Meeting, will be as follows:

  • €2.20 per share, ex-date 18 May 2026; record date 19 May 2026, and payment date 20 May 2026
  • €0.70 per share, ex-date 22 February 2027; record date 23 February 2027, and payment date 24 February 2027

This press release cancels and replaces the information previously disclosed, with exclusive reference to the dates specified above.
