Banca Generali is Best Employer 2022

Banca Generali is the best place to work in finance in Italy.

This is certified by an independent research conducted by the German Institute for Quality and Finance, which analyzed the landscape of large companies in Italy to assess which are the best employers for each sector, within which we come out as Italy's Best Employers 2022-2023, confirming us for the second consecutive year at the top of the podium with the highest rating: 100 points.

In its analysis, the German Institute of Quality and Finance considered as many as 27 indicators including work climate, professional development, growth prospects, sustainability and corporate values.

Through an innovative mix of social listening and artificial intelligence, the institute then determined the rankings by analyzing more than 2,000 companies and awarding gold medals to those companies that care most about protecting employee well-being.
