For the fifth consecutive year, Banca Generali Private receives the gold medal from the German Institute of Quality and Finance as the best network of financial consultants for customer satisfaction.
Banca Generali Private's bankers lead the ranking drawn up by the German Quality and Finance Institute, which rewards the level of appreciation by savers, registering a customer satisfaction rate of 70.6%, a result above the industry average that stops at 61.4%.
The German Institute of Quality and Finance is the independent body that certifies the quality of customer services and the level of consumer satisfaction with objective surveys conducted among an expanded sample of customers.
Every year, the Institute promotes the study "Best in Italy - Service Samples", the largest analysis on the level of customer satisfaction for companies operating in Italy that evaluates over 400 companies with the opinion of more than 400,000 Italian consumers.
