Banca Generali’s growth strategy recognised by the Financial Times

The Financial Times Group has appointed Banca Generali as the "Best Private Bank for growth strategy 2020" and Highly Commended as "Best Private Bank in Italy".

This is the fourth time in the last 6 years that the private bank has won this international recognition, as evidence of the increasingly influential role in the sphere of services dedicated to Italian private customers.

The panel of experts headed by Editor Roula Khalaf assessed the profiles of all the world’s main private banks, evaluating their business models, financial statements and ability to adapt to the changes in the private banking industry.

In particular, the judges rewarded Banca Generali’s ability to combine the contribution of the digital channel with the strength of its brand and the quality of its private banker network to pursue a long-term sustainable growth capable of resisting possible market stressors.

Our CEO's comment

We are proud of this recognition, which rewards our commitment to sustainable, lasting growth. Digitalisation, the debate surrounding social change and competition on an international scale are the main drivers of change in today's world and inevitably also extend to the savings industry. We believe strongly in the ability of our business model to overcome these challenges, while also creating long-term value, not just for investors, but also for the households whom we support in making key investment planning decisions on a daily basis” commented Gian Maria Mossa, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of Banca Generali.
