Banca Generali awarded by ITQF for the best consulting network

Another prestigious award for Banca Generali: for the sixth year the German Institute of Quality and Finance awards us as "Best Financial Advisory network for customer satisfaction".

The analysis, conducted by the German Institute, investigates the level of satisfaction of Italian customers for the quality of the advisory services provided by the networks. In this period, our customers' satisfaction index was 74.2%, far higher than the Italian average which stops at 63%.

The prize is awarded on the basis of an independent analysis that certifies the quality of services and the level of consumer satisfaction through surveys conducted among a large sample of customers.

For the sixth time we have obtained the first place in this ranking as a confirmation of the professionalism of our advisors who, during this difficult period, are supporting Italian families in the protection of their assets and in the search for the best investment solutions.

A commitment that has brought total net inflows from the beginning of the year to almost € 4.1 billion, confirming our ability to grow in every market context.
