The prize was awarded by a jury of eight world-renowned industry experts (from the U.S., Asia and Europe, featuring a mix of journalists, certified public accountants, consultants and asset managers) who were called upon to assess and compare the strategies and results of specialist industry operators, in terms of growth, transparency and service quality. The prestige attached to the award is further enhanced by the Financial Times Group’s credibility and influence within the global financial community.
The jury made specific mention of the bank’s remarkable development in recent years and the peculiarity and transparency of its customer service offerings.
