Banca Generali has been declared the Best Private Bank in Italy by the highly respected publications The Banker and Professional Wealth Management of the Financial Times Group
The prize was awarded by a jury of eight world-renowned industry experts (from the U.S., Asia and Europe, featuring a mix of journalists, certified public accountants, consultants and asset managers) who were called upon to assess and compare the strategies and results of specialist industry operators, in terms of growth, transparency and service quality. The prestige attached to the award is further enhanced by the Financial Times Groups credibility and influence within the global financial community.
The jury made specific mention of the banks remarkable development in recent years and the peculiarity and transparency of its customer service offerings. The effectiveness of Banca Generalis business model is reflected in its highly innovative investment solutions and the professionalism of the financial advisory services provided through its private bankers. All these factors come together in the results of the bank, which, within its industry, has consistently ranked amongst the very best worldwide in terms of stock performance since the financial crisis erupted three years ago, and in terms of inflows, which totalled about 6 billion euros for the same period.
